Hi, I’m Vaishnavi

I find the Internet Of Things (IoT) really fascinating. With a click of a button, one can order food, book a movie ticket, and connect with a person sitting on the other side of the globe. It’s hugely admirable what we have done with the internet over the past few decades. As a result, I see an opportunity for leveraging my skillset in the space of providing a seamless user experience and digital designs with these applications that are continuously improving the quality of lives all over the world.

For me, design is a non-stop state of mind. Be it for a project or just spontaneous ideas, I go into deep observations about why things are designed the way they are and how to make them better. This could be in the shower, during a conversation, or on a walk to the market. This state of mind helps me develop concrete insights into the world and develop my ideas further.

Background

I grew up in India with art all around me and from a very early age dreamt of having a career in Design. I completed my undergraduate education in Industrial Design at Florence Design Academy, Italy with the highest honors.

I also completed an MS in Information Design and Data Visualization at Northeastern University, Boston, MA.
